Machine Description
IBC cage automatic production making machine(including frame making+base frame making)
This automatic production line is mainly used to manufacturing the IBC cage frame. It is composed of cage frame automatic welding, mesh unloading mechanical arm, mesh turnover structure, automatic frame bending machine, locking machine, hole making and punching machine, automatic production line moving mechanical arm.We can equip the line with automatic base frame welding machine and automatic unloading mechanical arm for the base frame.
The equipment comprises material lifting part, feeding part, bending part, docking riveting part, profiling and punching part, mechanical arm part, hydraulic system, pneumatic circuit, and electrical control and water cooling system. They can also be independent devices.

1.This machine is designed as reinforced gantry structure with the advantage of high rigidity and stable running.
2.The welding power is designed with medium frequency inverter power supply system with the features of electricity and energy saving.
3.Automatic demolding device: after welding the product, the demolding cylinder will jet up for preparation of automatic unloading.
4.Automatic unloading device will grab the product via servo motor control. It will move down to grab the welded product and moving to the setting position via servo motor.
After placing the IBC grid on the trolley orderly and pushing the trolley to the corresponding position, locating magazine will be used to fix it. Then lifting part will make the mechanical arm stretch to and grab the IBC grid on the trolley. The products grabbed by the mechanical arm will be sent to the next procedure (material transporting machine) with transmission part.
1. The equipment frame is processed as a whole to ensure high bending precision, stable operation and high efficiency. Every 20-25s can bend a frame.
2. Adopt special bending balance system to ensure diagonal dimension of frame.
3. The machine is controlled by human-machine interface +PLC programming control mode, with high degree of automation.

1.The design adopts horizontal structure and 7 welding heads for completing the welding of base frame. The operator only need to load and unload the product. The machine will do the welding automatically.
2.It adopts 3 sets of MF DC 160KVA power. The machine helps to increase product quality and production rate, lower the production cost.

6. Base Frame unloading Mechanical Arm
